(Reuters) - Japan's Sega Sammy Holdings Inc is nearing a deal to acquire Rovio Entertainment, the company behind the 'Angry Birds' mobile game, for about $1 billion, the Wall Street Journal reported on Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.
