Jurie Wessels is a seasoned professional with over 24 years of experience across exploration of mineral projects. Mr Wessels has also co-founded numerous successful exploration and mining companies such as Bauba Resources Ltd (BAU.J), GoldStone Resources Ltd (GRL.L), and Vanadium Resources Ltd (ASX:VR8), where he also serves as the executive chairman.
In the past, Mr Wessels has led exploration/mining companies across Africa, Europe, and South America. He was a minerals lawyer till 2003. However, he is still registered as an attorney (non-practising) and a notary at the High Court of South Africa.
Philip Le Roux holds extensive professional experience spanning over three decades in exploration, mining, and economic geology across different geological terrains worldwide.
He began his career as a geologist for Gencor Limited, and later served as a Mining Analyst for the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa. He has also served as an independent consultant to mid-tier and junior mining firms. He has led numerous mineral projects from greenfield to feasibility stage to production.
Philip is also a member of the Geological Society of South Africa and holds an honours Degree in Geology from the University of Stellenbosch.
Johan Le Roux is a business development executive with an accounting background. In the past 12 years, he has been working as the Business Development Manager for a leading international mining services provider, SPH Kundalila (Pty) Ltd, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Raubex Group Limited.
Johan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the prestigious Stellenbosch University and an MBA from the University of Stellenbosch Business School.
Michael Davy holds over 15 years of extensive experience across different sectors. In the past, He has held a senior management role in the Norwegian Oil and Gas drilling company, Songa Offshore, assisted in the commencement of Australian operations, and led the finance team for the two-rig operation with revenues of multi-hundred million.
In the past, He has worked in London and Australia with major consortiums, managing their finance functions. Currently, he also serves as the director and owner of multiple private businesses, and has held directorship in several ASX-listed companies in the past five years.
Joseph Van Den Elsen is a dynamic and seasoned professional, who also serves as the Executive Chairman of exploration and development company with Colombian assets, Ronin Resources. Previously, he has worked at UBS and Goldman Sachs JBWere.
In the past, he has served as a Non-Executive Director of Ascot Resources Ltd, and a Non-Executive Chairman and the Managing Director of MHM Metals Ltd. Currently, he serves as a Non-Executive Director of OAR Resources Ltd (ASX:OAR) and Ookami Limited (ASX:OOK).
Daniël Ellis serves as the Chief financial officer at Arcadia Minerals and holds over 24 years of experience in the accounting industry. In the past few years, Daniël has worked as an accountant for a number of AIM-listed companies such as GoldStone Resources Ltd and ASX-listed Vanadium Resources Ltd (ASX:VR8).
He established his accounting practice in 2004 and has provided a range of accounting and tax services to different clients. In the past, he has also worked as an audit manager for the Cape Town-based auditing firm.
