Ardiden Acquires remaining 51 Per cent Stake of Pickle Lake Gold Project for 1% Net Royalty

Ardiden Limited (ASX: ADH) acquired 100 per cent ownership of the Pickle Lake Gold Project via acquiring 51 per cent stake of Murchison Minerals in the Joint Venture in June 2019 quarter.

Ardiden exchanged 1 per cent Net Smelter Royalty of the future production with Murchison Minerals.

The recent acquisition by the company builds a diversified product portfolio with high prospective gold and lithium assets.

Pickle Lake Gold Project hosts four major gold prospective, namely, Kasagiminnis, Dorothy-Dobie, South Limb, and West Pickle.
