The United States-based video-sharing social media platform Triller is set to go public, and it will enter a reverse merger deal with SeaChange International, Inc.

The reverse merger will take TikTok's rival public, and the value of the combined entity is expected to be US$ 5 billion.

The reverse merger deal will likely close by the end of Q1 2022. The Board of Directors of both the companies have approved the agreement, and the public debut will be subjected to approval from regulatory authorities and stockholders.
