Highlights

  • Maverick Gold and Silver is advancing a 2026 exploration strategy across its three drill-ready assets—Gator, Jericho, and Silver Vista.
  • Phase 1 activities at the Gator Property include a magnetotelluric geophysical survey and detailed geological mapping.
  • The Jericho Property’s footprint has expanded by 370% with ongoing data integration and systematic exploration aimed at defining drill targets.
  • The Silver Vista Property hosts established high-grade silver-copper mineralization with 2026 drilling planned.
  • The company is strengthening investor engagement through a 12-month AGORACOM campaign.

Maverick Gold and Silver Corp. (CSE:MAV) (OTC:VRCFF) (FWB:VR61) is a North American exploration company focused on advancing gold, silver, and copper assets across established mining jurisdictions. With a portfolio of three drill-ready assets —Gator and Jericho in Nevada, and Silver Vista in British Columbia, the company is advancing a 2026 exploration program aimed at refining targets and progressing projects toward drilling and resource expansion opportunities.

Gator Property: Advancing Toward Drill Decision

The Gator Property, located approximately 55 km from Battle Mountain, Nevada, is an advanced exploration asset comprising 160 mining claims over 13.4 square kilometers. The project is considered an advanced stage exploration property with potential for bulk-tonnage precious metals mineralisation and benefits from existing notice of intent, permit, and bond in place.

The 2026 program has commenced with Phase 1 exploration activities including:

  • Geophysics (Magnetotelluric survey) over the Gator South target to define subsurface resistivity features and alteration systems
  • Detailed geological mapping at the GSX target to define structural controls, host lithologies, and characterize alternation intensity

Subject to permitting, Phase 2 activities are expected to include drill testing of priority targets identified through ongoing exploration. Jericho Property: Expanding Epithermal Gold-Silver Potential

The Jericho Property, located in Lincoln County, Nevada, spans 85 mineral claims covering 6.8 square kilometers. The project is positioned approximately 40 km northeast of Pioche, Nevada.

The property has demonstrated high-grade gold and silver mineralization at surface and the presence of an epithermal vein system traced over multiple kilometers. The absence of recent systematic exploration creates an opportunity for modern techniques to define drill targets.

Recent developments include:

  • Expansion of the property footprint through the acquisition of 62 additional claims, increasing the footprint by 370%
  • Integration of historic geological mapping, sampling data results, field notes, alteration analyses, and a comprehensive geological report into the growing property data base
  • Preparation for systematic rock sampling and detailed mapping programs

Phase 1 activities focus on target definition, while Phase 2 drilling remains pending permitting approvals.

Silver Vista: Advancing Copper-Silver Exploration in British Columbia

The Silver Vista Property spans 4,839 hectares in British Columbia’s Omineca Mining Division. It hosts stacked, strata-bound silver-copper ± zinc mineralization within sedimentary sequences and benefits from year-round road access and established infrastructure.

A key milestone was the 2021 drill program (1,507m across 9 holes), which delivered notable results including:

  • 46 m grading 48 g/t silver and 0.62% copper (SV21-07)
  • Intervals up to 94 g/t silver and 1.34% copper
  • Peak values reaching 431 g/t silver and 2.57% copper

The 2026 program is targeting the MR zone, with planned drill holes reaching depths of up to 250m. Additional drilling may be considered based on exploration outcomes.

Corporate Evolution and Investor Engagement

Formerly known as Supreme Critical Metals Inc., the company recently rebranded as Maverick Gold and Silver Corp., trading under the symbol “MAV” on the Canadian Securities Exchange. This transition aligns corporate identity with its focus on precious metals exploration across North America.

In parallel, a 12-month investor engagement campaign with AGORACOM has been launched, incorporating digital storytelling, AI-generated presentations, and a verified discussion platform for shareholder communication.

Maverick Gold and Silver is executing a 2026 exploration strategy across Nevada and British Columbia, advancing the Gator, Jericho, and Silver Vista properties. With programs spanning geophysical surveys, geological mapping, sampling, and permitting, the company is systematically refining high-priority targets across a diversified portfolio of gold, silver, and copper systems. The ongoing work programs position all three projects for potential drill testing as exploration milestones progress throughout 2026.

MAV shares traded at CAD 0.080 per share on June 01, 2026.
