The group’s portfolio comprises of 34% in Southern England, 30% in Midlands, 23% in Northern England and 13% in rest of the UK, further its  freehold and long leasehold warehouse assets includes Brackmills Northampton, Queenslie Industrial Estate in Glasgow, Gander Lane in Chesterfield, Unit 7100, Gloucester, Midpoint 18 in Middlewich, Exeter Way in Theale, Meridian business park in Leicester, Daneshill Industrial Estate, Basingstoke, Air Cargo in Glasgow and Tramway Industrial Estate in Banbury.
