Description

Volution group plc is a UK-Based company that provides residential and commercial ventilation solutions to increase the customers’ experience by improving indoor air quality and reduces energy consumption and it operates across UK, Continental Europe and Australasia. The group was formed in 2002 through a buy-out from Smiths Group plc of its air movement and cable management division and in 2014 the group got listed on the premium segment of the main market of the London Stock Exchange as LON: FAN. 

The group aims to achieve its goals through organic growth, strategic acquisition and operational excellence,  Since 2007 the group acquired various businesses to expand such as Manrose, Fresh AB, PAX, inVENTer,  Bruggemann Energiekonzepte, Welair, Diffusion group, National Ventilation and Airtech Environmental, Breathing Buildings, VoltAir System AB, Simx ltd, AirFan B.V. Oy Pamon Ab, Air Connection, Ventair, Nordic Line and ClimaRad. In 2015, the group started to provide new sales channels in Belgium, Netherlands and France.

The group’s product division includes Residential Products, Commercial products, other products and Torin-Sifan. The residential products comprise of the wide range of products which helps to creating a healthy indoor environment, its products include Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR), Decentralised Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (DMVHR), Centralised Mechanical Extract Ventilation (MEV), Positive Input Ventilation (PIV), Single room extract fans, Inline fans, Passive Ventilation, Thermal destratification and Ducting. The Commercial product division offers variety of extractor fans, mechanical heat recovery units, air handling units, fan coils and hybrid ventilation solutions, further it manufactures  various products for industrial use and also manufactures rigid, semi-rigid and flexible ducting products. The production of other products is outsourced but sold under its own brands these products are heating products, cooling products, hygiene products, lighting, door chimes and a variety of sensors, controllers and ducting products.

Torin-Sifan division offers a range of blowers and motors to heating and ventilation industry, it includes direct and belt- drive fans, motorized impellers, fandecks, double inlet centrifugal POD blowers and combustion blowers.  The group operates through 17 brands across UK, Continental Europe, Australasia; the brands operating in UK are Vent-Axia, Manrose, Diffusion, Airtech, National ventilation, Breathing Buildings and Torin-Sifan. Brands operating in Europe are Fresh AB, PAX, Voltair, Kair, Air Connection, Inventer, Ventilair Group and Climarad. Two brands operating in Australasia are SIMX and Ventair.
