Electric Royalties Ltd., earlier known as Rebel Capital Inc., is a mineral royalty firm that operates in the metal and mining industry. Electric Royalties Ltd. is a public company incorporated in September 2016 according to the provincial laws of British Columbia. It is listed on the Toronto Venture Stock Exchange, with its ordinary shares trading under the ticker symbol ELEC.

The Vancouver-based royalty firm acquires royalty stakes in advanced stage and operational mineral properties, particularly the ones located in mining-friendly districts. The company is building a multi-commodity royalty portfolio, including lithium, vanadium, manganese, tin, graphite, cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc, and iron assets.

The principal business operations of the company rely on its royalty business model where it pays a certain amount to a mining firm in order to acquire a royalty interest in mineral projects. In return, the company earns a certain per cent of royalty cash flow throughout the life of the mine.
