Rush Gold Corp. (CSE:RGN) (FSE:B6H), an American-focused mineral exploration company, is ramping up its Phase One exploration program at its flagship Skylight Property in Nevada’s Republic Mining District, Nye County. The company is combining on-the-ground fieldwork with high-resolution satellite alteration mapping to target gold and silver mineralization across the property.

Trading Milestone in the U.S.

Recently, Rush Gold achieved a significant corporate milestone with the commencement of trading of its common shares on the OTCQB® Venture Market in the United States under the symbol “RGNCF”. The company’s shares continue to trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol “RGN”. This dual listing enhances liquidity and visibility among North American investors.

Phase One Exploration Underway at Skylight

Geologic field crews have been mobilized to begin work at the Skylight Property. As outlined in the company’s November 2025 update, the objective of the fieldwork is to assess existing gold and silver rock and soil geochemical anomalies and verify recently identified satellite anomalies that may indicate the alteration footprint of a low-sulphidation gold-silver epithermal system.

WV-3 Satellite Tasking Over Skylight

Rush Gold has received notice from its satellite provider, Vantor Inc., that new WorldView-3 (WV-3) earth observation satellite tasking over the Skylight Area of Interest has commenced. Tasking is expected to continue, subject to satellite availability, until cloud-free imagery is acquired. Enhanced high-resolution alteration intensity maps are expected to be delivered within two to three weeks of receipt of the satellite images.

Strategic Nevada Assets

The Skylight Property covers approximately 330 acres across 16 claims and is subject to an option allowing Rush Gold to earn a 100% interest. The Skylight Property is located at 38°29’ N, 117°39′ W in Nye County, Nevada, within the Royston Hills, approximately 60 kilometres northwest of Tonopah. The property is accessible by 4WD vehicle from Route 89 (Gabbs Pole Line Road) via a dirt road branching south at mile 36. The claims are staked on lands administered by the Bureau of Land Management with no surface rights impairments reported.

Rush Gold also holds an option on the Legal Tender Property, located approximately five kilometres north of Skylight within the same district. The company is actively acquiring and advancing strategically positioned gold and silver assets in the Walker Lane corridor.

The Skylight Property is located in the southern section of the Republic Mining District, a mining camp noted for small high-grade silver epithermal deposits. The first recorded mine discovery in the area was made in 1905 by Lew Cirac at the Cirac or Orizaba Mine.

Peripheral veining has returned low-grade gold values, with historic surface sampling reporting up to 2.04 g/t Au. Sampling conducted by Silver Range Resources in 2017 returned the best results of 0.86 g/t Au and 67.6 g/t Ag from a suite of 24 grab samples.

Rush Gold is progressing Phase One exploration at the Skylight Property in Nevada, combining fieldwork with WorldView-3 satellite alteration mapping to assess gold and silver geochemical anomalies and verify satellite targets. The company views its projects as strategically positioned within the Walker Lane corridor, alongside increased exploration activity, defined silver resources at Tonopah, project advancement to the north, and broader district-level land acquisition and work programs.

Shares of RGN last traded at CAD 0.16, up around 27% on February 06, 2026.
