Endurance Gold Corporation is a junior mining company in the identification, acquisition, exploration, and development of precious metal properties, such as gold (Au) and silver (Ag). Endurance Gold Corporation is listed on the Toronto Venture Stock Exchange, its ticker symbol is EDG.
The Vancouver-based mineral resource exploration company operates the Reliance Gold Project, situated at a distance of some four kilometers eastern of Gold Bridge in British Columbia. The property hosts gold mineralization at the Royal Shear, which includes five prospective zones – Eagle, Senator, Crown, Diplomat, and Imperial.
The company undertook a reverse circulation drill program in 2021 which included diamond drilling, a LiDAR and orthophotography survey, a 3DIP geophysical survey and soil sampling including rock and channel sampling. In September 2019, Endurance signed an option agreement to earn a 100 per cent ownership stake in the property. According to the terms and conditions, the deal involved a transactional cash amount of $300,000 with exploration expenditure of an additional $3 million (approximate) till December 31, 2024. The deal is subject to net smelter royalty (NSR) of 2.5 percent.
Endurance exercised its optional rights in December 2020 to acquire the Elephant Mountain Gold Project subject to NSR of two percent. The company now owns a 100 per cent stake in the Elephant Property, which covers a total area of approximately 5,440 acres in Alaska. The property hosts many target areas – North, South, Central, Pump, Trout, South Fork and Wolverine zones.
The company holds a 100 per cent ownership stake in the Bandito Property (at one per cent NSR) situated approximately 155 kilometers east of Watson Lake in Yukon Territory. It is a rare earth element and niobium project covering a total area of some 3,700 hectares.
The company owns and operates the McCord Gold Project in Alaska. The property includes 24 state lode mineral claims covering a total area of 2,640 acres.
The company also has a 25 per cent stake in the Flint Lake Project with joint venture partner Metals Creek Resources Corp. holding a majority stake of 75 per cent.
