The Malartic Property, in the western part of the province of Quebec around midway between the towns of Val-d'Or and Malartic, consists of 171 mining claims and three mining concessions. The property hosts the Marban project, lying within the Archean Abitibi greenstone belt in Quebec. Gold mineralization at this property occurs mainly as mesothermal deposits within the northern dipping shear zones.

The Harricana Property, nine kilometers northeast of Val-d'Or, hosts the Aurbel deposit. The property has access to Highway 397 from the town of Val-d'Or.

The Alpha Property has been explored by several operators since the 1930s with over 24,000 drill holes. It has also been subjected to various geophysical and geochemical programs, trenching and mapping.
