The royalties are earned through operations related to cobalt, iron ore, copper, thermal coal, uranium, vanadium, coking coal, gold, etc.
In addition, the streaming and royalty firm holds numerous small royalties and options, namely:
• Australia: Crinum mine
• Brazil: Engenho
• Western Australia: Mount Ida project
• Albania: Bulqiza deposit
In addition, there are several mining tenements in the Athabasca Basin region in Saskatchewan, the firm claims.
The early-stage royalties of the company include Canariaco (copper), Pilbara (iron ore), Dugbe1 (gold), Ring of Fire (chromite), and Amapa and Tucano (iron ore). In total, Anglo Pacific Group holds 17 mineral assets, 96 per cent of which are in the production stage, one percent in the development stage, and the remaining three per cent are the early-stage royalty assets.
The royalty properties are located mainly in Canada (59 percent), Australia (25 percent), Chile (10 percent), Brazil (4 percent), Spain (one percent) and others (one percent), Anglo Pacific Group claims.
The London-based mineral royalty company claims to generate its revenue from the royalty and streaming business and distributes a significant part of the revenue as dividend to the shareholders.
In March 2021, Anglo Pacific Group Plc acquired a 70 percent net interest in a cobalt stream from the Voisey's Bay mine (Canada) operated by Vale.
The firm’s ordinary stocks trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) with the stock quote of ‘APY’. It is listed on London Stock Exchange with ‘APF’ symbol.
