Viking has booked the services of drilling contractor TopDrill for the Canegrass Battery Minerals Project.

The company is expecting the drill campaign to begin later this month, and complete in about one month.

The drilling program will be targeting extension, growth, and discovery of new high-grade Mineral Resources outside of the (JORC 2012) 79Mt at 0.64% V₂O₅.

In the latest announcement, Viking Mines Limited (ASX: VKA) posted details relating progress in the ongoing development activities at its flagship Canegrass Battery Minerals Project, Western Australia.

The company is expecting to begin drilling at the project site at the end of May 2023, which is likely to conclude in about one month’s duration. Viking has hired TopDrill to lend its services for conducting the company’s major drilling campaign of approximately 40 drill holes totalling ~5,500 metres.
