Joel Ives has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. He is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and is expected to contribute to the strategic financial direction of Commerce Resources.

The company also confirmed that Jody Bellefleur will step down from her current roles as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. CEO Nicholas Holthouse acknowledged Bellefleur’s efforts and her role in advancing the company’s flagship project, expressing appreciation for her years of service.

Cindy Valence has been promoted to the role of Vice President of Government Relations and Sustainability. Valence previously served as General Manager of Sustainability and brings more than two decades of experience in management and sustainable development practices.
