Commerce Resources Corp. is a junior mining company at the exploration stage. The company is focused on the identification, acquisition, exploration and evaluation of mineral resources, primarily for rare earth element and metal projects.
The Vancouver-based mineral explorer operates two mineral exploration projects:
Ashram Rare Earth Property
This property hosts rare earth element and fluorspar mineralization, including monazite, bastnaesite, xenotime and gangue carbonates. The project sits at the Eldor Property in Quebec. The company says Ashram’s simple gangue and well known REE mineral system enables it to produce quality mineral concentrates at high recovery rate.
Blue River Property
It is a tantalum and niobium project that hosts the Upper-Fir Deposit situated approximately 230 kilometers north of Kamloops, east-central British Columbia. The property is well equipped with infrastructural support, including a highway, forestry roads, a Canadian National rail network and BC Hydro power lines.
Commerce Resources is focused on exploration to discover, evaluate and exploit mineral prospects in order to enhance the resource potential of its projects. The company aims to become the lowest-cost rare earth producer in the world, and a long-term supplier of rare earth carbonate and Neodymium-Praseodymium (NdPr) oxide on a global scale.
Commerce Resources Corp is a publicly listed firm on the TSX Venture Exchange under the trading symbol CCE. The miner is also listed on the United States OTCQX Market and Germany-based Frankfurt Stock Exchange, with its common shares trading under the stock quotes CMRZF and D7H0, respectively. Commerce Resources Corp. was incorporated in May 1999.
