Vection Technologies (ASX:VR1) has announced a strategic alliance with European engineering specialist SMARTENGINEERING B.V., marking a major step toward accelerating the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) and extended reality (XR) technologies in Europe’s industrial sector. This newly signed distribution agreement, valued at a minimum of $0.9 million in committed sales by the end of 2027, is designed to deliver immersive technology solutions across manufacturing, energy, mobility, and oil & gas industries, positioning the company as a leading ASX technology stock in the enterprise innovation space.
Under the three-year agreement, SMARTENGINEERING gains non-exclusive distribution rights to Vection’s AI and XR portfolio throughout the European Union. The collaboration aims to embed next-generation technologies into design engineering and technical training processes—two key areas driving efficiency and innovation in heavy industries.
Structured with progressive sales milestones, the agreement targets $0.1 million in sales by the end of 2025, $0.35 million by 2026, and $0.45 million by 2027. These milestones reflect a phased approach that supports Vection’s growing subscription-based revenue model while strengthening its commercial presence in Europe.
