Sustainable technology developer Neometals Ltd (ASX: NMT & AIM: NMT) has announced the appointment of Mr Chris Kelsall as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective 1 July 2024. This follows an extensive executive search to find a successor for the long-serving CFO and Company Secretary, Mr Jason Carone, who has decided to pursue new opportunities after almost 17 years with the company.

This global perspective will be invaluable as Neometals continues to expand its international footprint.
- LSE AIM Experience: Kelsall served as Finance Director and Company Secretary for Mediterranean Oil & Gas plc, an oil and gas explorer and developer listed on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market. This role honed his skills in financial analysis, planning, and operational risk management.
- Leadership in Fusion Energy: His tenure as CFO and CEO at Tokamak Energy Limited, a fusion energy technology developer, demonstrates his ability to lead and innovate in cutting-edge technology sectors.
