EnWave Corp (TSX-V:ENW, OTC:NWVCF) has announced the appointment of Louise Lalonde to its Board of Directors, where she will serve as the new Audit Committee Chair. A seasoned Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Lalonde brings more than three decades of experience in accounting, governance, risk consultancy, and compliance to the role.
Lalonde’s impressive professional background includes a partnership at Price Waterhouse Coopers and executive positions in the manufacturing and service industries, making her well-equipped to contribute to EnWave’s ongoing strategic growth.
Her appointment follows the retirement of Mary Ritchie, who has held the position of Audit Committee Chair for the past ten years. In recognition of her new role, Lalonde has been granted 150,000 incentive stock options, exercisable at $0.19 per share, with a five-year term and vesting in one-third increments over the next 18 months. Additionally, Lalonde was awarded 25,000 Restricted Share Rights, which will fully vest after three years.
