  • Agreement boosts dynaCERT’s position in carbon emission reduction technology in North American markets.

dynaCERT Inc. (TSX:DYA) (OTCQB:DYFSF) (FRA:DMJ), a Canadian-based manufacturer of hydrogen-based Carbon Emission Reduction Technology, announced it has received a purchase order and deposit from Hydrofuel Technologies LLC (Hydrofuel) for its HydraGEN™ Technology products. The units will be supplied to the Mexican market under a new distribution agreement.

Hydrofuel, a Texas-registered company managed by Francisco Bricio and Ricardo Montoya, has entered into an agreement with dynaCERT to purchase 100 HydraGEN™ HG1 units, or the equivalent number in HG2 units, over the next 12 months. As part of this agreement, 25 HydraGEN™ units are currently being shipped to Hydrofuel.

Distributor Agreement for Mexico and Texas

In addition to the purchase order, Hydrofuel has been appointed as dynaCERT’s distributor for Mexico and the state of Texas in the United States. The company, led by entrepreneurs Francisco Bricio, Ricardo Montoya, and Jose Topete del Valle, will focus on expanding the market for HydraGEN™ Technology in both regions.

This agreement provides Hydrofuel with rights to promote and distribute HydraGEN™ units, targeting sectors such as automotive, trucking, and off-highway applications in its designated territories.

Strategic Expansion into Key North American Markets

Commenting on the announcement, Bernd Krüper, President and Director of dynaCERT, stated that the distributor agreement represents an opportunity to increase sales volumes and establish a footprint in strategically significant markets. He highlighted the importance of expanding into Mexico and Texas, where adoption of emission-reduction technologies is gaining momentum.

About HydraGEN™ Technology and dynaCERT

dynaCERT’s HydraGEN™ Technology enhances the combustion process in internal combustion engines by producing hydrogen and oxygen on demand through a patented electrolysis system. These gases are introduced into the air intake, which has been shown to lower carbon emissions while improving fuel efficiency.

The company also offers HydraLytica™ Telematics, a monitoring system that tracks fuel consumption and calculates greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reductions. This capability provides users with data that may support the generation of Carbon Credits in the future.
