Unrath will also serve as the future Managing Director of dynaCERT GmbH, based in Germany. As COO, Unrath will collaborate closely with the President to oversee operational strategies aimed at increasing sales volumes of the company’s innovative products. His extensive background in international leadership roles within the automotive and off-highway industries, as well as precision machining, positions him as an invaluable asset for DynaCERT.
Unrath’s impressive career spans over a decade in high-level management positions. His previous roles include six years at Hatz Motorenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG and Hatz Components GmbH & Co. KG, where he specialized in sales growth, lead generation, and market development. He successfully established Hatz Components GmbH and navigated mergers and acquisitions, demonstrating his ability to drive profitable growth and sustainable technology initiatives.
At MAN Truck & Bus, Unrath spent eight years in various capacities, including Head of MAN Spare Parts Production Systems and Project Lead. His experience in restructuring logistics networks and managing supply chain processes has equipped him with deep insights into operational efficiency—skills that are crucial as DynaCERT aims to optimize its sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Mr. Unrath holds a Master of Science in Logistics, Infrastructure, Mobility from TU Hamburg-Harburg, with a focus on production and logistics. He also earned a degree in Business Administration from the Technical University of Applied Sciences in Würzburg, further complemented by pre-degree studies in Marketing ASEAN. This educational background supports his strategic approach to business development and market expansion.
