Highlights
- Rush Gold reported 2025 surface rock geochemical sampling results from the Legal Tender and Skylight properties in Nevada.
- Sampling returned the highest-grade silver value recorded to date at the Legal Tender project.
- Exploration work extended the Skylight gold trend to approximately 1.2 kilometres.
- The company also announced a non-brokered private placement to raise up to CAD$2 million for working capital.
Rush Gold Corp. (CSE:RGN) (OTCQB:RGNCF | FSE:B6H) has announced the results of its 2025 surface rock geochemical sampling program at the Legal Tender and Skylight properties in Nevada, United States.
The two exploration properties are located approximately five kilometres apart and sit around 60 kilometres northwest of Tonopah within the Royston Hills Republic Mining District in Nye County. The program forms part of the company’s broader effort to advance exploration targets and evaluate mineralisation potential across the project areas.
Sampling delivers highest-grade silver value
The Phase 1 geological reconnaissance program carried out in 2025 was designed to advance previously identified gold and silver rock showings. It also aimed to ground-truth alteration anomalies identified through satellite-based analysis.
Results from the sampling program included the highest-grade silver value recorded to date at the Legal Tender property. At the Skylight property, exploration activities expanded the known gold trend to approximately 1.2 kilometres.
Of the 94 rock grab samples collected within the Legal Tender (60) and Skylight (34) properties, a total of 9 samples returned greater than 0.1 grams-per-tonne (g/t) gold (Au) and up to 2.41 g/t Au (Legal Tender); in addition to 9 samples greater than 20 g/t silver (Ag) and up to 2,770 g/t Ag (81 ounces/ton at Legal Tender).

These findings are part of the company’s ongoing efforts to assess the mineral potential of the properties and refine exploration targets across the project area.
Integration of Satellite and Hyperspectral Data
Rush Gold also confirmed that it has received the final WorldView-3 satellite alteration imagery processing report from PhotoSat.
The company’s technical team is currently integrating the rock grab assay results with additional datasets. These include visible and short wave infra-red hyperspectral TerraSpec® analysis of surface rock samples, as well as satellite alteration imagery derived from the WorldView-3 system.
According to the company, the combined analysis of geochemical results, hyperspectral data, and satellite imagery is expected to help expand existing gold and silver exploration targets. The integrated study may also assist in identifying additional areas for follow-up exploration.
Rush Gold noted that a comprehensive review of surface rock data and satellite alteration targets is currently underway, with further updates expected in the coming weeks.
Sampling Methodology and Quality Assurance
The analytical work for the program was conducted by ALS Global in Kamloops, Canada. ALS is an ISO-IEC 17025:2017 and ISO 9001:2015 accredited geoanalytical laboratory and operates independently of Rush Gold and its qualified person, Kristopher Raffle.
Rock samples were crushed to achieve a minimum of 70% passing two millimetres, followed by pulverisation of a 250-gram split to achieve 85% passing 75 microns.
The company noted that rock grab samples are selective in nature and may not necessarily represent mineralisation or grade continuity across broader intervals. Additional exploration work, including trenching and diamond drilling, may be required to confirm the grade and continuity of mineralised zones.
