Canasil Resources Returns to TSX Venture Tier 2 and Resumes Trading as CLZ

Canasil Resources Inc. (TSX-V: CLZ) (DB Frankfurt: 3CC) shared an upbeat update following a bulletin issued by the TSX Venture Exchange on February 5, 2026, confirming that the company has met the eligibility requirements for TSX Venture Tier 2 status.

Effective at market open on Monday, February 9, 2026, the company’s listing moved from the NEX board to the TSX Venture Exchange. Its tier designation changed from NEX to Tier 2, and the Filing and Service Office transitioned from NEX to Vancouver.

The company’s trading symbol has changed from CLZ.H to CLZ, and it is classified under the mining sector.

Capital Structure: The company is authorized to issue an unlimited number of no-par-value common shares, with 153,814,280 shares currently issued and outstanding.

Escrow: No shares are subject to escrow.

Last week, Canasil Resources also reported progress on a strategic option tied to its Brenda gold–copper–silver property, following receipt of a CAD 400,000 first-anniversary payment from AuRORA Minerals Ltd. The payment relates to the ongoing joint venture, which is jointly owned by Freeport-McMoRan Mineral Properties Canada Inc. and Amarc Resources Ltd., and is linked to continued exploration activity in British Columbia.
