  • Nevada Lithium Resources announces promising results from the final drill hole at the Bonnie Claire lithium project.

  • Significant high-grade lithium and boron mineralization confirmed, extending to the southeast.

  • Continued exploration reveals potential for further high-grade tonnages in multiple directions.

Nevada Lithium Resources Inc. (OTC:NVLHF) has released the results from its second and final diamond drill hole of the 2024 program at the Bonnie Claire lithium project in Nevada. This infill hole has demonstrated encouraging findings that bolster confidence in the resource area.

The recent drilling intersected lithium concentrations of 3,024 parts per million (ppm) and boron levels of 9,000 ppm over a depth of 414 meters. This drilling confirmed the extension of high-grade mineralization to the southeast, unveiling thicker and deeper mineralized rock while showcasing continuity within the lithium and boron-rich zone. The hole recorded the highest lithium grades in the southeast to date, with concentrations reaching 6,150 ppm. Additionally, boron grades greater than 2% were detected in the deep high-grade zone.

Stephen Rentschler, CEO of Nevada Lithium, described the results from this final drill hole as “tremendous,” leading to two significant conclusions. The first conclusion pertains to the continuity of the deep high-grade lithium and boron mineralized zone initially identified in the 2023 drilling program. This continuity is expected to enhance geostatistical confidence, which is critical for ongoing mine planning activities aimed at updating the existing Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA). This forthcoming update will incorporate insights from the deep high-grade lithium and boron zone, which now extends over 1 kilometer from southwest to northeast.

Additionally, the results confirm that high-grade mineralization remains open in at least two directions. The technical committee is optimistic that this high-grade mineralization may also extend to the northwest. The data indicates that the company has yet to identify “the deposit’s sweet spot,” suggesting that the potential to increase high-grade lithium and boron tonnages at Bonnie Claire remains significant.

The organization is actively working to highlight the enhanced attributes of the Bonnie Claire project and anticipates releasing a series of updates in the near future.
