Charbone Hydrogen Corporation {OTC:CHHYF} has announced the strategic addition of Patrick Cuddihy to its leadership team. Cuddihy joins Charbone with over two decades of experience from Air Liquide Canada, where he held various senior roles in industrial gas production, procurement, and logistics. His extensive background is expected to play a critical role in the company’s transition to full-scale production and its broader expansion efforts in both Canada and the United States.

The appointment of Cuddihy comes at a pivotal time for Charbone as it prepares to commence production at its flagship facility located in Sorel-Tracy, Quebec. This facility represents a major milestone for the company, marking the generation of its first revenues. Charbone Hydrogen CEO Dave Gagnon emphasized the significance of Cuddihy's experience, stating, “Patrick's extensive experience in industrial gases, particularly in operations and supply chain management, will significantly strengthen our team as we move from planning to execution.”

As Charbone gears up to initiate green hydrogen production at its Sorel-Tracy facility later this year, the company is also looking forward to launching a second site near Detroit, Michigan, by year-end. With Cuddihy's leadership, Charbone aims to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic growth, ultimately focusing on increasing shareholder value as the company embarks on this exciting new chapter.
