Curtis Banks Group Plc (LON:CBP) has informed about the acquisition of Talbot and Muir Limited.
The company has fulfilled the pre-conditions to the acquisition, which also includes receipt of approval from the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority).
The acquisition of Talbot and Muir Limited is slated to be completed on 30 October 2020.
CBP shares on 6 October 2020, at the time of writing, were trading at GBX 218.00, up by 7.00 points or 3.32% against the previous day’s closing price.
CareTech Holdings Plc completes acquisition of Smartbox
CareTech Holdings Plc (LON:CTH) has completed Smartbox Assistive Technology Limited’s acquisition of majority holding. It also includes Sensory Software International Ltd and associated subsidiaries, all collectively known as Smartbox.
The Group, as a strategy to the digital roadmap, has chalked out diagnostic assistive technology and behavioral assessment solutions as priority areas for technology investment and adoption. Smartbox with around 50 percent of revenues generated through NHS funding, is the clear market leader in the United Kingdom.
CTH shares on 6 October 2020, at the time of writing, were trading at GBX 441.00, up by 13.00 points or 3.04% against the previous day’s closing price.

RBG Holdings Plc (LON:RBGP) has released a trading update for the full year to 31 December 2020 and has restored the guidance for the expected financial performance of the Group.
The board of the company has expressed its optimism over the growing pipeline of prospects across all divisions. The group’s s law firm, Rosenblatt Limited has continued to trade well with case value and volumes remaining considerably higher year-on-year.
Another group firm, LionFish has now completed the realization of two of its investment assets for a total of £1.1 million.
