Duke Capital Limited (LSE:DUKE), a prominent provider of hybrid capital solutions to SME business owners across Europe and North America, has issued an optimistic trading update for the third quarter of its financial year ending 31 March 2025 (Q3 FY25).

Strong Revenue Growth
The company anticipates achieving recurring cash revenue of £6.5 million for Q3 FY25, marking a 4% increase compared to the £6.3 million recorded in Q3 FY24. This also reflects a sequential improvement over Q2 FY25, which saw Duke deliver a record-breaking £6.4 million in recurring cash revenue.

Duke Capital attributes this growth to its steadfast focus on providing bespoke financing solutions for SMEs, a strategy that continues to drive demand for its hybrid capital offerings.

Strategic Fundraising Success
In December 2024, Duke Capital successfully completed a £23.5 million fundraising effort. The funds are earmarked to support portfolio mergers and acquisitions (M&A) while advancing the company's third-party, non-dilutive funding strategy. This approach is designed to accelerate scalability and strengthen Duke's capital base, ensuring continued expansion across its operational markets.

Progress in Capital Partnership Search
The company also reported significant progress in identifying a third-party capital partner, which is expected to play a pivotal role in supporting Duke's next phase of growth. This partnership aligns with Duke's commitment to delivering innovative funding solutions while maintaining a disciplined approach to scaling its business operations.

CEO's Outlook
Duke Capital’s management expressed confidence in the company's ability to maintain its growth trajectory, emphasizing the importance of the recent fundraising and ongoing partnership discussions in driving future success.
