- Stenprop Limited (STP) has completed the acquisition of 100 industrial units in five separate transactions.
- The acquisitions comprising, Unit 5, Holbrook Enterprise Park, Units 1-8, Forth Industrial Estate, Units 1-10, Parkway Business Centre, Trident Business Centre, Armthorpe Enterprise Centre and Hillfoot Industrial Estate are for an aggregate consideration of £16.7 million.
- Following the acquisitions, the company’s multi-let industrial property assets account for 43.9 percent of its portfolio and are expected to rise to 60 per cent of the total portfolio of properties by 31 March 2020.
