  • As on December 10, 2019, Rolls-Royce Holdings Plc announced that Bradley Singer, Non-Executive Director, who was representative of its largest shareholder, the activist investor ValueAct Capital, has stepped down from the Board as of 9 December 2019.
  • Shares of RR sank approximately 16 points or 2.18% to GBX 709.20 and during the day’s session. It registered an intraday high of GBX 718.60 and a low of GBX 688.60.
