European Metals Holdings Limited (LON:EMH) has released its activities report during the three-month period ending 30 June 2020.

  • On 23 April 2019, the company advised that shareholders had approved the investment of EUR 29.1 million by CEZ a.s. for a 51 per cent equity interest in Geomet, which was completed on 28 April 2020.
  • The company further stated on 16 June 2020, that the Czech Ministry of the Environment had granted Geomet an updated Preliminary Mining Permit related to the Eastern part of the Cinovec deposit.
  • The company is in discussions with the Prague Stock Exchange for its intended listing of the securities.
