Highlights

  • Novo Resources Corp expands Australian portfolio with two new gold projects.
  • Drill-ready, high-grade opportunities targeted in John Bull and Tibooburra projects.
  • Strategic focus on exploration with over 1-million-ounce gold potential.

Novo Resources Corp (TSX:NVO) has strengthened its Australian portfolio by securing two gold projects in New South Wales. These projects—John Bull Gold Project and Tibooburra Gold Project—are part of agreements with TechGen Metals Ltd and Manhattan Corporation Ltd. The company aims to explore assets with the potential for significant gold resources.
These acquisitions complement Novo’s existing operations across Western Australia and Victoria, reflecting a strategic expansion into resource-rich regions. Recent consolidation of landholdings, such as the Toolunga Project in Western Australia, underpins Novo's focus on enhancing its portfolio.

Drill-Ready Exploration at John Bull Gold Project

The John Bull Gold Project is located in the New England district of New South Wales. Historically, the area has shown promising gold results, including samples and drilling data from prior exploration. Soil sampling identified a notable 900-metre gold anomaly, with peak concentrations exceeding 4.5 g/t gold.
Novo plans to undertake over 2,000 metres of drilling after completing mapping and sampling. The project’s targets, supported by geophysical data, align with the company's strategy to identify scalable gold resources.

Advanced Prospects at Tibooburra Gold Project

The Tibooburra Gold Project spans six exploration licenses in a historically active gold region. Key prospects include New Bendigo and Clone, both offering high-grade gold potential. Historical drilling at New Bendigo reported notable results, with extensive mineralized zones and grades peaking at 69.20 g/t gold.
Initial exploration plans for Tibooburra involve structural analysis, geological mapping, and surface sampling. Novo intends to execute a 2,000-metre drilling program following these studies, aiming to unlock further potential in this advanced project.
