Highlights

  • Rupert Resources progresses pre-feasibility study for Ikkari gold project.
  • High-grade discovery confirmed at Heinä South, 1 km from Ikkari.
  • Environmental and drilling activities prioritized for early 2025.

Rupert Resources, listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX:RUP), is advancing its flagship Ikkari Project, a promising gold discovery in Northern Finland. As a key focus of its Rupert Lapland Project, the company integrates exploration and development efforts in the region. Ikkari, alongside its complementary assets such as the Pahtavaara gold mine and exploration permits, underscores Rupert’s commitment to sustainable and impactful resource development.

Progress on Pre-Feasibility Study
The company is nearing the completion of its pre-feasibility study (PFS) for Ikkari. Final design elements for critical infrastructure such as the mine, mill, and waste facilities are under review, with publication anticipated in the first quarter of 2025. Following the PFS, work on the definitive feasibility study (DFS) will commence promptly. Concurrently, the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report is targeted for submission in the latter half of 2025, highlighting Rupert’s emphasis on environmental considerations.

Key Exploration Developments
Recent exploration activities at Rupert Resources have identified significant targets along the Rajala Line, a regional structure extending from the Ikkari deposit. An Induced Polarization (IP) survey has revealed multiple promising zones with structural similarities to Ikkari. These zones, despite being concealed beneath glacial till, are prioritized for follow-up drilling in 2025.

At Heinä South, 1 km from Ikkari, notable high-grade gold intersections were reported, with 25m at 16.5g/t Au and 24.4m at 10.5g/t Au. These results will guide future drilling campaigns aimed at understanding and delineating the mineralization controls.

Looking Ahead
Rupert Resources plans an active drilling program in early 2025, focusing on Ikkari satellite targets and follow-ups at Heinä South. With the PFS publication on track and preparations for the DFS underway, the company is well-positioned to advance its exploration and development objectives in Finland.
