Solution Financial Inc. (TSX:SFI), a Canadian luxury and ultra-luxury asset leasing provider, released its financial results for the third quarter ending July 31, 2025. The company reported lower income and revenue compared to the same period in 2024, while its lease portfolio expanded.

Financial Performance

For the quarter ending July 31, 2025, Solution reported net income of CAD 93,077 or CAD 0.001 per share, down from CAD 181,158 or CAD 0.002 per share for the same period in 2024.

Adjusted net income, which excludes non-cash items such as accretion expense, income tax provision, amortization, and provision for credit losses, was CAD 190,256 or CAD 0.002 per share. This compares to CAD 298,162 or CAD 0.003 per share in Q3 2024.

Revenue for the quarter totaled CAD 2,296,637, compared to CAD 4,097,517 in the comparative period.

Lease Portfolio Expansion

As of July 31, 2025, the company had 369 vehicles in its lease portfolio, reflecting a net addition of 14 vehicles during the quarter. The total portfolio value increased to CAD 31,798,185, up from CAD 30,123,209 in the previous quarter.

The average remaining lease term across the portfolio was 2.58 years, weighted by the net book value of each vehicle. The company’s active leases were generating annualized gross rental and lease cash flows of approximately CAD 7.8 million.

Operational Updates

During the quarter, Solution completed a number of initiatives, including new anti-money laundering compliance training and updates to its compliance program. The company also finalized AI-driven enhancements to its quoting and reporting systems aimed at improving operational efficiency.

In addition, Solution renewed its securitization financing facility in May, ensuring ongoing access to funding for its leasing activities.
