Business Update
NanoXplore announced a supply agreement with Chevron Phillips Chemical for its proprietary carbon product, Tribograf, produced at the company’s graphene facility in Montreal, Canada.
CPChem’s Drilling Specialties division worked with NanoXplore to develop NanoSlide, a lubricant for oil and gas drilling fluids, based on Tribograf. NanoSlide is already in use in challenging geological formations such as tight oil reservoirs and extended reach laterals, where it demonstrated lower friction and shorter drilling times.

Jay Bickett, Senior Vice President at CPChem, noted that the collaboration aims to enhance product efficiency and customer value. Rocco Marinaccio, Chief Operating Officer at NanoXplore, said the agreement marks a key milestone after years of joint development.
