For the quarter, revenue was reported at CAD 2.1 million, unchanged from the same period in 2024. Despite flat revenues, the company recorded a sharp reduction in operating expenses, which decreased 48% to CAD 2.2 million compared to CAD 4.2 million in the prior year’s first quarter.

Gross profit rose to CAD 0.5 million in the first quarter of 2025, up from CAD 0.18 million in the prior-year quarter. This translated into a gross profit margin of 25%, a significant increase compared to the 8% margin reported in Q1 2024.

Else Nutrition ended the quarter with a cash balance of CAD 0.2 million, including restricted cash.
