In turn, Aleafia Health and its partners will offer the Unifor team with entry to its health and wellness network, comprising of education and training, physician-led consultations, etc. The proposed access to medical cannabis exposure may also give further cost savings and health benefits to both parties, such as a reduction in reliance on conventional drug prescriptions.
  • The two parties have signed a contract that defines the terms of one or more conclusive deals. Details of the proposed agreement are to be cleared following thorough due diligence between both companies. The conclusion of the transaction is subject to traditional closing terms and conditions, comprising approval by their respective board of directors.
