Integrated Green Energy Provides Headquarters Update

The Strategic Imperatives Discussions and the inaugural AGM of Integrated Green Energy Singapore Pte Ltd at the IGE Singapore Headquarters at 10 Raeburn Park, Singapore were held on Friday 21 December 2018. Relevant to the regional and international expansion of the Integrated Green Energy Solutions Ltd key points discussed were as follows.

In January 2019, confirmation of module shipment to Amsterdam. The potential timings of meetings with senior government officials were identified, and a site review was provided. An Indonesian prospect in Bandung was scheduled. Particularly in the UK, the progress of the review of other potential sites was identified as a priority for 2019. A Singapore employment pass has been issued to the Holding Company Managing Director as confirmed and is authorized to maintain residency there and to work full-time in Singapore from Q1 2019.

To isolate specific sites in Singapore to address the local landfill issues as Singapore’s population increases and Singapore land availability becomes more restricted to work with the Singapore Economic Development Board and the Jurong Town Commission the IGES Managing Director was provided the mandate for 2019. In preparation for implementation and roll-out in Q1 2019, the IGES marketing, communication, branding and investor relations strategies were reviewed. To align with the IGES strategy and objectives to drive meaningful results for the company. Concerning the objective of developing and implementing a fully integrated marketing and communication plan, the IGE Singapore board recognized the Director of Marketing and Communications had made that good progress.

Anne Netto commences employment with IGE Singapore on 4 February 2019 in the role of Global Legal Counsel was confirmed in the meeting. As the company expands globally and Anne will provide cross-jurisdictional advice, augment IGE’s corporate governance resources and overall be responsible for the delivery of high quality, timely and cost-effective legal services to the company and its related bodies corporate this is a key strategic appointment.

Integrated Green Energy Solutions Limited (ASX: IGE) traded at a market price of $0.320 which is up by 6.667% as at December 27, 2018. The company in 12 months has been of around 114.29% and an overall performance change of 17.89%. The company has a market capitalization of $113.56 million.
