Frasers Group, owned by Mike Ashley, has acquired another 4,335,720 ordinary shares in Mulberry Group Plc. It had acquired a 12.5 percent stake in Mulberry in February, which was later increased to 29.61 percent earlier this month. The acquisition made at 150 pence per share has increased Frasers Group holding interests in Mulberry to 36.82 percent.
