Here's Why Indivior (LSE: INDV) Upgraded its FY23 Revenue Guidance

FTSE 250 Index listed Indivior PLC (LSE:INDV) is a speciality pharmaceutical company focussed on opioid addiction treatment drugs. The company started trading as "INDV" on the Nasdaq Global Select Market in June 2023.

The company has received approval from Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for OPVEE for the emergency treatment of known or suspected opioid overdose due to natural or synthetic opioids. The firm is expecting to launch OPVEE commercially in the last quarter of the fiscal year 2023.

Indivior has updated its SUBLOCADE net revenue guidance for FY23 to USD 610 million-USD 630 million from the range of USD 590 million-USD 610 million, because of improvement in the performance of the OHS channel.

 

There has been approximately 21% year-on-year surge in the company’s revenue in the past nine months of the fiscal year 2023. Its adjusted diluted EPS has grown by 28% YoY in 9M FY23. At the end of H1 FY23, INDV posted a cash and investments of USD 782 million.

For FY23, the company is anticipating net revenue growth of about 18% YoY. Formorely, INDV was expecting 12% YoY increase in net revenue. Also, Indivior  has elevated its expectations for SUBOXONE net revenue to soar by 50% YoY in FY23 and be in the range of USD 610 million and USD 630 million. Overall, INDV expects its adjusted operating income to be higher in FY23, as compared to FY22.

Top 10 Shareholders:

Around 54.82% of INDV’s shares are held by its top ten shareholders. While Kairos Capital Management, LLC is the biggest shareholder with over 10.12% shareholding, Two Seas Capital LP is the second biggest shareholder with 10.04% shareholding.

INDV’s stock price has gained approximately 6.34% in the last one month. It has dropped by over 32% in the last six months. The stock’s 52-week low and high price stand at GBX 1,125.00 and GBX 2,020.00, respectively.
