Personal Assets Trust Plc (LON: PNL) has released its results for six months ended 31 October 2020.

  • The company an investment trust run specifically for private investors has reported a 2.9 per cent increase in NAV (net asset value) per share for the period to £438.67.
  • The company’s share price rose by £7.00 to £440.00 over the same period, and it continued to maintain a high level of liquidity.
  • During the reported period the company re-issued 43,546 Ordinary shares from Treasury and issued 228,350 new Ordinary shares at a modest premium.
  • On 20 November 2020, the stocks of the company declined by 0.22% from its previous closing, hovering at around GBX 45,300.00 at 13:39 PM GMT+1.
