Frasers Group Plc (LON: FRAS), owned by Mike Ashley, has acquired another 4,335,720 ordinary shares in Mulberry Group Plc.

  • It had acquired a 12.5 per cent stake in Mulberry in February, which was later increased to 29.61 per cent earlier this month.
  • The acquisition made at 150 pence per share has increased Frasers Group holding interests in Mulberry to 36.82 per cent.
  • With the fresh acquisition, Frasers Group has attained the right to make a voluntary offer for Mulberry until 17 December.
  • On 20 November 2020, the stocks of the company improved by 0.09% from its previous closing, hovering at around GBX 472.00 at 13:41 PM GMT+1.
