Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited’s Portfolio Value Declines By 7.7% in FY19

  • Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited (MPO) has announced its results for the year ended 30 June 2019.
  • The company’s portfolio value declined by 7.7 per cent over the year to US$311.1 million.
  • Adjusted NAV for the reported period was US$174.9 million, while IFRS NAV was US$131.1 million or US$2.12 (167 pence) per share, a decline of 23.7 per cent YoY.
  • On 7th October 2019, at the time of writing, GMT 08:09 AM, MPO shares were trading at GBX 130.50, flat against the previous day closing price.
