- HICL Infrastrct Plc (HICL) has completed the acquisition of the transmission assets related to the Race Bank Windfarm.
- The Group, which also include its subsidiaries have invested £24 million, funded from drawings under HICL's Revolving Credit Facility and the transaction is part of Tender Round 5 of OFTO (Ofgem's Offshore Transmission Owner) programme.
