Gentrack’s Revenue Affected by Loss of UK Customers

For the half year ended 31 March 2020, Gentrack Group Limited (NZX:GTK) reported total revenue of $50.6 million down by 7% on 1HFY19. This reflects the loss of a number of UK customers due to supplier failure or acquisition, and a drop in non-recurring revenue in the UK and Australia.

  • Committed recurring revenue was up by 11% to $29.7 million;
  • Underlying EBITDA stood at $4.3 million, in line with guidance provided in February;
  • Statutory NPAT (loss) stood at $12.8 million, due to which the company has decided not to pay interim dividend.
