So, if you are someone who wants to make a nice resolution for 2022, here you have a list of some timeless New Year resolutions:

  • Read at least one book in a month: Reading is beneficial to improve concentration, language, etc. However, many people find it difficult to develop a regular habit of reading. Thus, here is how it works: for starters, beginners should try making a goal of completing a book in one month at least.
  • Exercise for 40 mins daily: We think about living a healthy lifestyle. And exercising is essential to maintain a healthy lifestyle. For people who find it hard to exercise daily for longevity, they should start with doing it for 40 mins daily. One can do this routine for five days a week.
  • Gratitude should be in the diary: Another thing that we become complacent about is feeling gratitude for the lives we have got. So, in 2022, one resolution can be to become grateful for each day we live. Showing gratitude makes one humble, happy, and content.
  • One hour off screen time daily: This is the last and most important resolution to make. We are surrounded by screens almost all the time. This can be fatal for mental and physical health. Thus, everybody should resolve to not engage with any gadget for at least one hour in a day.
