TC Energy signs deal with Indigenous group for ownership stake in Keystone XL project

  • The Calgary-based energy company signed an MoU with the Natural Law Energy.
  • Through this deal, indigenous communities will be given a chance for ownership in the Keystone XL pipeline project, said TC Energy in a statement.
  • Natural Law represents five First Nations – four in Alberta and one in Saskatchewan.
