The initial drill programme targeted three priority zones—Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Tribeca—identified through integrated data including a project-wide Time-Domain Electromagnetic survey, a 5,185-station ground gravity survey, and surficial geological mapping. Target selection was conducted with Convolutions Geoscience Corporation. A total of 2,457 metres were drilled across ten reconnaissance holes, with one hole (CRV-26-003A) abandoned due to ground conditions.

This marks the first drilling at Corvo in over forty years, with results confirming characteristics consistent with a uranium-bearing mineralized system across all target areas, including significant fault systems linked to uranium enrichment and hydrothermal alteration in basement rocks.

Uranium Assay Highlights at Manhattan Target

At Manhattan, hole CRV-26-001 returned 131.0 ppm uranium over 0.5 metres from 195.5 to 196.0 metres and 66.6 ppm over 0.5 metres from 204.0 to 204.5 metres. Hole CRV-26-002 recorded elevated intervals between 22.5 and 24.5 metres, including 253 ppm uranium (0.034% U3O8) over 0.5 metres from 23.5 to 24.0 metres and 228 ppm uranium (0.031% U3O8) over 0.5 metres from 23.0 to 23.5 metres.

Hole CRV-26-003 intersected 321 ppm uranium (0.039% U3O8) over 0.5 metres from 88.0 to 88.5 metres, among the highest grades at Manhattan. Hole CRV-26-004 returned 58.1 ppm uranium over 0.5 metres from 210.5 to 211.0 metres and a narrow 0.1 metre interval at 238.6 metres with 23.9 ppm uranium. Concentrations above 100 ppm uranium are classified as highly anomalous for crystalline basement exploration.

Brooklyn Target Yields Highest Uranium Interval

The Brooklyn target produced the programme’s highest uranium assay: hole CRV-26-005 returned 387 ppm uranium (0.042% U3O8) over 1.0 metre from 72.0 to 73.0 metres. The same hole also intersected 206 ppm uranium (0.026% U3O8) over 1.0 metre from 71.0 to 72.0 metres and 165 ppm uranium (0.021% U3O8) over 0.5 metres from 77.0 to 77.5 metres.

Holes CRV-26-006, CRV-26-007, and CRV-26-008 returned moderate anomalies, with CRV-26-008 intersecting 201 ppm uranium (0.024% U3O8) over 0.5 metres from 105.5 to 106.0 metres and a narrow 119 ppm interval at 211.3 to 211.4 metres. Uranium mineralization at Brooklyn occurs within deformed and altered paragneiss, pegmatite, and granitoid orthogneiss, with hydrothermally altered fault zones and late quartz-carbonate veining as key structural features.

Tribeca Target Shows Uranium and Rare Earth Element Enrichment

Drill hole CRV-26-009 at Tribeca returned uranium enrichment and elevated Rare Earth Element (REE) concentrations across multiple intervals, including 300 ppm uranium (0.035% U3O8) over 0.5 metres from 28.0 to 28.5 metres and 192 ppm uranium (0.018% U3O8) over 0.5 metres from 8.5 to 9.0 metres. At 159.0 to 159.5 metres, the hole yielded 304 ppm uranium (0.030% U3O8) alongside a Total Rare Earth Oxides (TREO) value of 0.280% over 0.5 metres.

Appendix A provides detailed REE assay data for CRV-26-009, including cerium, dysprosium, europium, gadolinium, holmium, lanthanum, lutetium, neodymium, praseodymium, samarium, terbium, thulium, yttrium, and ytterbium across six intervals. The highest TREO concentration reported is 0.333% at 8.5 to 9.0 metres. TREO values exceeding 0.1% indicate localized elevated REE enrichment within Tribeca.

Hydrothermal Alteration and Pathfinder Element Indicators

Pathfinder element geochemistry was emphasized as a vectoring tool toward uranium-fertile zones. Anomalous boron reached 13,600 ppm at 172.5 metres in hole CRV-26-002, indicating hydrothermal fluid activity. Spectroscopy confirmed fracture-hosted dravitic-clay in four of nine holes, a mineral signature linked to uranium-bearing hydrothermal systems.

Partial-digestion uranium assays were preferred over total-digestion to emphasize hydrothermal uranium and reduce accessory mineral contributions. Uranium-to-thorium ratios above 2:1 across multiple holes consistently indicate hydrothermal uranium input rather than detrital or igneous sources, aiding discrimination of fertile lithologies and mineralized zones early in exploration.

Historical Surface Data and Property Context at Corvo

The Corvo property includes historical surface sampling guiding exploration. Recent prospecting identified multiple mineralized outcrops and boulders, including the Manhattan showing, previously reported to return up to 8.10% U3O8 at surface. The SMDI showing 2052 also reported 0.137% U3O8 and 2,300 ppm thorium.

Historical drill holes intersected uranium mineralization over an 800-metre strike length between holes TL-79-3 (0.116% U3O8 over 1.05 metres) and TL-79-5 (0.065% U3O8 over 0.15 metres). The company cautions that historical data has not been independently verified and advises investors not to rely solely on these figures. Future exploration may include verification of these results.

Structural Scale and Exploration Potential at Corvo

More than 25 kilometres of structural strike length remain as priority uranium targets at Corvo. The property features over 29 kilometres of structural corridors with multiple untested drill targets and minimal glacial till cover. The project remains open along strike and at depth based on 2026 structural findings.

Following integration of drilling and geophysical data, Aventis and Standard Uranium plan additional surface exploration and a second-phase drill programme to follow up mineralized zones and test regional targets. The 2026 programme confirmed uranium fertility across multiple areas and provided vectoring information via pathfinder element distributions.

Analytical Procedures and Qualified Person Review

Samples were analyzed at SRC Geoanalytical Laboratories in Saskatoon, an ISO/IEC 17025/2005 and Standards Council of Canada certified facility, using ICP-MS multi-element analysis with total and partial digestion methods and boron by fusion. Clay-altered basement samples underwent Short Wavelength Infrared Reflectance analysis at Rekasa Rocks Inc. to identify clay species.

Quality assurance included blanks, standards, and repeats per Standard Uranium’s protocols. All samples passed internal QA/QC checks, with results deemed reliable and repeatable. Sting Copper Project and Aventis Energy Overview

In addition to Corvo, Aventis Energy Inc. is developing the Sting Copper Project, covering about 3,700 hectares. Recent Sting results include 54.8 metres grading 0.32% copper from 27.0 metres depth, with higher-grade intervals including six samples of at least 0.5 metres ranging from 0.96% to 5.43% copper. Other notable intervals include 0.5 metres at 2.85% copper, 0.5 metres at 1.92% copper, and 31.1 metres at 0.27% copper.
