The company successfully demonstrated an impressive 1,250 milliwatts (mW) of power from a single laser chip while maintaining a single-spatial mode. This achievement marks a 67% improvement over its previously reported 750mW performance. 

The breakthrough was made possible through an innovative combination of a blue (450-nanometer) single-mode laser master oscillator and an integrated power amplifier within a single monolithic chip (SM-MOPA). This advanced design enhances power output with minimal beam distortion and reduced noise, a crucial factor for applications requiring high precision and stability.
