Christine Parker, the Group Executive of Human Resources at Westpac (ASX:WBC), has announced her retirement after a distinguished 17-year career with the bank. Since joining Westpac in 2007, Parker has been recognized for her dedication to the organization, rising to lead the bank’s human resources department in 2011. Her impact on Westpac’s culture and workforce has been significant, guiding HR initiatives that have shaped the bank’s employee development and engagement strategies. 

Westpac CEO Peter King praised Parker’s contributions, highlighting her role as a mentor and leader for multiple generations within the organization.
