TNE Disclosed Its Sustainability Report For 2018

Technology One Limited (ASX: TNE), a company from the software & services sector, disclosed the sustainability report where the company provides the details related to the stakeholders of the company, the approach they take for creating value through responsible business, the customers, the people working for TNE, ethics, values, and transparency, the compliance, the innovation, their corporate social responsibility.

The key stakeholders of the company include the customers, whose principal interest is product performance, quality of service and support and data privacy and security. They get associated with the company through the integrated product & service delivery methodologies, directly related to sales and support and training, linked through the customer community, customer conference and showcases and through the TechnologyOne University.

The employee through the research and development develops the company’s product which reaches the end-user/customers through the sales and the marketing team. These end-users and the customers share the feedback through the feedback mechanism of the company to the employees where they understand the requirement of their customers and act accordingly. These customers help in generating the revenue of the company. This year the company made revenue of $54 million. From the revenue generated, 1% goes to the community. The community also receives 1% from the employees as well.

By the end of trading of trading on 18 January 2019, the closing price of TNE share was A$6.65 with the market capitalization of $2.09 billion.
