Market Update: S&P/ASX200 Ended in Green; Academic & Educational Services Sector Rose by 2.33%

On 2nd November 2020, the equity market of Australia ended in green as the benchmark index S&P/ASX200 rose by 23.70 points to 5951.30. This was supported by the gain of 2.33% and 1.76% in academic & educational services and real estate sectors, respectively.

On October 30, 2020, Dow Jones Industrial Average declined by 0.59% to 26,501.60. Notably, NASDAQ Composite declined 2.45% to 10,911.59.

Top Gainers and Losers: AMP Limited (ASX: AMP) and CSR Limited (ASX: CSR) witnessed a rise of 9.80% and 5.67%, respectively. On the flip side, Avita Therapeutics Inc (ASX: AVH) fell by 5.06%.
